We do not accept returns on any custom laser-engraved products, as each item is handcrafted and made to order. Before shipping, every piece is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. If your item arrives damaged, please contact your mail carrier for assistance with filing a claim for reimbursement.

At LazerCraft, each item is custom-made to order, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Because of this, all orders require a 24-hour processing period before shipping.

Shipping Timeframes:

• Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via the chosen shipping method at checkout. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Delays:

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control. However, we will provide you with tracking information so you can stay updated on your order's status.

Damaged Shipments:

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. All items are inspected and packaged with care before leaving our facility, and LazerCraft cannot be held responsible for damages during transit.
